Acceptance of Terms. By using https://gatheringseedsgreenhouse.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Garden Nursery, Plant Nursery, Greenhouse Nursery, Vegetable Seedlings, Flower Bulbs, Heirloom Seeds, Potted Plants, Indoor House Plants provided by Gathering Seeds Greenhouse. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Gathering Seeds Greenhouse (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. Gathering Seeds Greenhouse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gathering Seeds Greenhouse's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Gathering Seeds Greenhouse in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Gathering Seeds Greenhouse against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. OH law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of OH, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. Gathering Seeds Greenhouse reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
